Apple, Banana & Peach Crumble
Makes 3 servings
1 pouch of Rafferty’s Garden apple + banana + peach (+ nothing else)
1 medium apple peeled, cored, quartered and finely sliced
2 tsp butter or margarine
½ tbsp of oats
3 tbsp of Rafferty’s Garden Rafferty’s multigrain breakfast with banana and apricot
1 tsp of brown sugar

Quantity is enough for 2 -3 dessert serves. Portion surplus out into labeled and dated zip lock bags or small containers and freeze for up to three months.
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2
- Combine Rafferty’s multigrain breakfast with banana and apricot butter/margarine and ½ the sugar in a bowl. Rub together with fingertips until evenly distributed. Add oats and repeat process.
- Step 3
- In another bowl add Rafferty’s apple + banana + peach (+ nothing else) and sliced apple mixing until combined.
- Step 4
- Spoon apple mixture into a 1 cup capacity oven proof ramekin and top with crumble mixture. Sprinkle over the remaining sugar.
- Step 5
- Bake for 45min - 1 hour or until the crumble toping is caramelized. Serve with Rafferty’s vanilla custard.
